Return Policy

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

    • In the original packaging

    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


How to Initiate a Return

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • Photos of the item 

We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment

  • Please allow 7-10 Business days for the refund to appear in your account

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g. wrong or defective item).


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at: holdenbeadco@gmail.com


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs 

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item otherwise.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

  3. Then contact your bank
